Our commercial litigation clients have included automobile dealers, banks, and other financial institutions, grocery distributors, hotel chains, manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, real estate developers, restaurant chains, and television broadcasters, whose claims have varied from straight-forward breach of contract allegations to complex injunction, antitrust, patent infringement and fraud issues.

Our business and real estate practice is a transactional practice with substantial experience and expertise, predominantly in real estate development, including, by way of example, the development and/or acquisition, management, and sale of Class A office buildings, value office projects, large tract raw land development, hotels, golf courses, large single purpose users, and retail shopping centers.

Our tort defense practice has substantial experience in representing individuals and corporations in lawsuits involving allegations of negligence, breach of warranty, product liability, wrongful death and intentional torts. Our tort defense practice also represents insurance carriers in first-party claims and lawsuits, including the defense claims of bad faith, breach of contract and for workers' compensation benefits, as well as providing formal opinions on insurance coverage issues in relation to tort defense and poverty claims, and has successfully defended claims throughout Central and South Texas, including the Rio Grande Valley.
